Looking for patients with a current or previous smoking history who also have diabetes. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
• Be 40-80 years of age
•
Be a current or previous smokers with a 10 pack year history or more
•
Have one of the following risks: Diabetes, stroke, heart attack, Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), or Peripheral Artery Disease (PVD)
•
Be age 60-80 treated for high blood pressure and high cholesterol

Study-related visits with study staff and physician at no cost, diagnostic Testing at no cost, study medication at no cost for 3-4 years, and compensation for time and travel to study visits. |
