|
The purpose of this clinical research study is to evaluate if the study medication may be effective in treating painful Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) with increased DPN on walking. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be at least 18 years of age
Have been diagnosed with Type 1 or 2 Diabetes
Experience moderate to severe pain while walking
Be willing to follow a study treatment plan, routinely scheduled study visits and other tests and procedures |
| Participants may receive: |
|
May receive study medication or placebo, and may undergo medical care, tests and examinations at medical facilities that may be provided at no cost.
