| Qualified participants must: |
|
• Have a diagnosis of moderate COPD (sometimes called emphysema or chronic bronchitis)
•
Have a history or risk of heart disease
•
Be 40-80 years of age
•
Be a former or current cigarette smoker |

Study participants may receive study drug and study-related medical care at no charge. Reimbursement for time and travel may be provided. Health insurance is not necessary to participate. |
