For men or women ages 18 to 80 years old with a diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) defined by loose (mushy) or watery stools with abdominal pain or discomfort at least 3 days per month in last 3 months. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
• Be between 18 and 80 years of age
•
Have a documented colonoscopy if over 50 years old
•
Have a diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) defined by loose (mushy) or watery stools with abdominal pain
•
Have abdominal pain or discomfort at least 3 days per month in last 3 months
