A phase IIb dose ranging study of oral GSK1265744 in combination with nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors for introduction of HIV-1 virologic suppression in HIV-1 infected, antiretrovial therapy naive adult subjects. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a viral load of equal to or greater than 1000 c/mL
Have a CD4+ cell count of greater than or equal to 200
Be ART medication naive of equal to or less than 10 days
