Patients may be on or off pain medication for this study. Qualified participants must: • Be 18 years of age or older • Suffer from moderate to sever pain from Osteoarthritis of the knee or hip • Be able to take a narcotic for pain Participants will receive: Lab work, physical exams, x-rays, ekg's and a palm pilot for diary information.
