Study summary:

We are conducting a 7 month study for subjects with severe constipation due to the usage of opiod medications for chronic pain.

Qualified participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have documented history of chronic pain
• Be taking opiod medications for chronic pain
• Have a history of constipation due to opiod usage

Participants will receive:

Blood work, ECG, Physical Exam by qualified physician and study medication all at no charge to you. Reimbursement for time and travel upon completion of study.
