Study summary:

Research Study to determine whether a once-a-day dose of an investigational medicine will effectively improve breathing for 24 hours.

Qualified participants must:

• Have been diagnosed with COPD
• Be at least 40 years old
• Be a current or previous smoker
• Not have history of asthma

Participants will receive:

Study related care, physical exams, lab services and study medication. Compensation for time and travel.
