This study is seeking volunteers who are already taking prescribed pain medication (narcotics/opioids). Qualified participants must: • Between the ages of 18 and 75 • Be diagnosed with moderate to severe low back pain during the past 2 months • Be currently using daily opioid (narcotic) medications • Have not undergone any back surgeries in the past 6 months • Not have any active, pending, or settled claim (receiving payment) involving workman's comp, insurance claims, or disability claims • Not have a history of drug or alcohol abuse in the past 5 years Participants will receive: Study medication, study related medical care, and compensation for time and travel may be available to those that qualify.
