Study summary:

A 12-week study to evaluate the treatment effect of the addition of an investigational medication, vs. placebo, to ongoing alpha-blocker therapy, in men with persistent overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms.

Qualified participants must:

• Be a male at least 40 years old
• Already be taking an alpha-blocker medication for urinary symptoms
• Have persistent OAB symptoms.

Participants will receive:

All study-related medical care, diagnostic testing, and study medication at no charge to qualified participants. Compensation for time and travel expenses is also available.
