Study summary:

We are currently conducting a study evaluating the effectiveness of Lobiprostone in patients with Opioid Induced Bowel Disfunction (OIBD).

Qualified participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be on opioid pain medications for at least 3 months
• Have no more than 3 spontaneous bowel movements in 7 days (without the aid of softeners or laxatives

Participants will receive:

Trial medication, lab work and comprehensive health care for their condition. For completing the study, qualified participants will receive $325.
