Study summary:

The primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of each dose of the topically applied investigational medicine compared to a placebo.

Qualified participants must:

• Be a pre-menopausal woman at least 18 years of age
• Be experiencing breast pain around your menstrual period
• Have regular menstrual periods
• Not be pregnant, breast feeding, or had a pregnancy within the past 6 months

Participants will receive:

Study related exams and procedures including physical and breast exams, mammograms and blood tests, at no cost to you.
