Study summary:

We are conducting a clinical research trial with an investigational dose of medication that has been prescribed by physicians for more than 40 years to treat these uncomfortable symptoms: Lower back strain, sprain, or back spasms.

Qualified participants must:

• Be between the ages of 18 and 70
• Have experienced painful muscle spasm that STARTED WITHIN THE LAST 3 DAYS
• Discontinue other treatments for pain
• Be in otherwise general good health
• Complete a study diary and attend up to 4 office visits within 14 days

Participants will receive:

Qualified participants will receive an investigational medication and study-related care at no cost, and may receive compensation for completed study visits.
