Study summary:

This is a 12 week study for patients who have sleep apnea, excessive daytime sleepiness and depression. There will be 5 overnight visits required during this time.

Qualified participants must:

• Be 18 to 65 years of age
• Be currently using CPAP therapy
• Be experiencing excessive daytime sleepiness
• Be currently using antidepressant

Participants will receive:

Labwork, ECG's, study medication, physicals and compensation for time and travel.
