A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of AGI-003 in the treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea; Study is 12 weeks with 6 office visits. |
| Qualified participants must: |

• Have IBS-D
•
Be 18 to 70 years of age
•
Be able to make entries into a touch tone telephone diary on a daily basis. |
