Study summary:
Flexible-dose titration followed by a randomized double-blind study of controlled-release OROS Hydromorphone compared to placebo in patients with Osteoarthritis Pain.
Qualified participants must:
• Have a primary diagnosis of OA of knee or hip joint for at least past 6 months
• Be 30-80 years of age
• Require daily opioid analgesics including Tramadol for OA for at least the past 2 months
Participants will receive:
Up to $700 upon completion of the study. The study is 12 weeks long and requires 11 office visits.
