The study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a new pain medication for the treatment of this pain. Qualified participants must: • Be 18 years of age or older • Diagnosed with PHN, pain after shingles >/= 3 months Participants will receive: Study-related medication and study-related care at no cost to the participant.
