Study summary:

If your current prescription pain medication is not providing relief from chronic low back pain, please consider this research study of an investigational once daily pain medication. This study tests the effectiveness and safety of a 24-hour controlled-release investigational form of an already approved medication in people with moderate to severe chronic low back pain

Qualified participants must:

• Be 18-75 years of age
• Have a diagnosis of moderate to severe low back pain for the last 6 months
• Be currently taking a prescription pain medication
• Not have had back surgery in the past 6 months
• Be willing to provide to your medical history to the clinical trial doctor

Participants will receive:

Study related medication and study related medical services at no cost. Compensation for your time may be available if you qualify.
