Are you between the ages 22 and 80 years of age with type I or type II diabetes and have hypertension? Study duration is 31 weeks and requires 16 office visits to the clinic. |
| Qualified participants must: |

• Be 22-80 years of age
•
Have documented history of stage I or II hypertension for the past year
•
Have documented history of type II diabetes |
| Participants will receive: |

Up to $800 upon completion of the study for your time and travel. |
