Study summary:

A Clinical research study s now enrolling. Do you have chronic knee or hip pain due to Osteoarthritis? Are you dissatisfied with your current medication? Researchers are studying an investigational medication taken for moderate to severe hip or knee pain. In previous studies, this medication was shown to be effective in managing chronic pain, and indicated that gastrointestinal tolerability may be improved. You may be eligible to participate if you: • Are 18 years of age or older • Are experiencing moderate to severe knee or hip pain • Are dissatisfied with your current pain medication • Believe you are a candidate for knee or hip replacement Participants will receive all study-related exams and study medication at no cost.
