Qualified participants must: • Be 18 years of age or older • Have either osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis and who also have cardiovascular disease or risk factors for developing cardiovascular disease • Be on a daily therapy with a pain medication at least six months prior to first visit Participants will receive: Physical exams, lab work, and study medication.
