Study summary: Acurian, a company specializing in patient recruitment for clinical trials, is currently working with a pharmaceutical company to find women who may be at risk for experiencing a hip fracture or broken bone in the hip for potential participation in a research study.

If you or a loved one has osteoporosis or weak/soft bones, please take a moment to learn more about this research study in which all participants will receive standard of care osteoporosis therapy, and some will receive an investigational drug. In addition, should you qualify to be a part of our study, participants will receive:

• Study-related health assessments, including regular bone density tests

• Payment for your time and travel

Medical tests, assessments, and osteoporosis treatment will be provided for participants at no cost.
