| Study summary: |
|
We are currently conducting a phase 3 trial comparing DU176b to warfarin. DU176b is being compared to warfarin in subjects with Atrial Fibrillation. The puprose the trail is show that DU176b works as well as warfarin with fewer side effects, in the prevention of strokes. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be 21 years of age or older
Have a history of A-Fib
Be having at least 2 of the following: Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, age 75 or older Have a history of a TIA or Stroke. |
| Participants will receive: |
|
Study medication, lab work, physicals, ECG, INR checks, for free. Subjects are also compensated for there visits. |
