Study summary:

We are currently conducting a phase 3 (24 week) study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a study drug for patients that are currently naive to diabetes medications.

Qualified participants must:

• Be 18 and 77years of age
• Have Type 2 Diabetes that in inadequately controlled with a HgbA1c between 7.5% and 12.0%
• Currently NOT be on ANY medications for Diabetes
• Have a BMI less than 46

Participants will receive:

Study related medications and supplies at no cost, up to $650 in compensation for time and travel, physical exams, and lab work all at no cost.
