| Qualified participants must: |

• Be between the ages of 18-65
•
Have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia
•
Have a disturbed sleep pattern of at least 3 times per week |
| Participants will receive: |

Study-related health assessments related to Fibromyalgia with Sleep Disturbance
(under the care of a local physician), potential compensation for your time and travel to qualified participants of up to $1,290, and study medication at no charge to you. |
