A multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study of the efficacy and safety of Rilonacept for the prophylaxis of Gout Flares during the initiation of Allopurinol therapy. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be 18 - 80 years of age
Have a history of at least 2 gout flares within the previous year
Be able to receive treatment with allopurinol
Not currently be experiencing a gout flare |
| Participants will receive: |

Study medicine as well as study-related medical evaluations at no cost. |
