Do you have type 2 diabetes and currently taking insulin? If so, you may qualify to participate in a 1-year clinical research study. Qualified participants will be compensated up to $1100.00 (based on the amount of visits completed) |
| Qualified participants must: |

• Be 18-75 years of age
•
Be taking insulin (with or without a oral diabetes medication)
•
Not be pregnant or breast-feeding

Study medication, labs, EKG, physical exam (all at no cost to you). |
