We are conducting this study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a new investigational medication in patients with active mild or moderate ulcerative colitis. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
• Be 18-75 years of age
•
Be suffering from ulcerative colitis or symptoms such as abdominal pain, rectal bleeding and diarrhea for at least 6 months
•
Be diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in active phase, of mild or moderate entity after colonoscopy |
| Participants will receive: |

Study medication and examinations at no cost, and reimbursements for your time and travel. |
