Study summary: I still have nightmares …I still have nightmares Have you experienced something horrible or scary? Physical or sexual abuse? Witnessed a fatal accident? Survived a disaster? The pain of a traumatic event can cause Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). PTSD can cause nightmares, flashbacks and recurring thoughts of the event. You may avoid people or places that remind you of the trauma, or worry about danger around you. You may also feel numb and detached, have trouble sleeping and feel like you’ve lost hope in your future. These are all symptoms of PTSD. If this sounds like you, please call us. We are offering a research medication study that may relieve the symptoms of PTSD. If you qualify, all research related care and study medication are provided at no cost.
