Are you a current or ex-smoker? Do you have shortness of breath? Have you been diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Chronic Bronchitis, or Emphysema? If so, you may qualify for this clinical research study. The study is testing the long term safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication to treat COPD. |
| Qualified participants must: |

• Be at least 40 years of age
•
Have a current diagnosis of COPD, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema
•
Be a current or ex-smoker |
| Participants will receive: |

Study participants receive study-related care at no charge, which includes physical exams, lab services and study medication. Qualified participants will also receive compensation for their time and travel. |
