To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the study drug (medication) in relieving the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis of the knee or hip (OA of knee or hip).
This is an open label study medication study. The study does not use a placebo or inactive medication.
Study medication is injected under the skin every 8 weeks. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be 18 years of age or older
Have a diagnosis of Knee or Hip Osteoarthritis in the past 12 months (study x-rays provided for diagnoses greater than 12 months)
Be currently taking on a regular basis (>4 days/week) a prescription or over-the-counter (OTC) medication for Knee or HIP OA pain |
| Participants will receive: |

Study related examinations, laboratory analyses, x-rays and study medication. Compensation for visits attended is provided to qualified subjects. |
