The study involves research to look at the effect of two experimental medicines (an inhaled corticosteroid and a bronchodilator) in people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be 40 years of age or older
Have a diagnosis of COPD
Used tobacco currently or in the past
Have a history of a COPD exacerbation/episode within the last 12 months |
| Participants will receive: |
|
Compensation for time and travel, full physical and labs, medicine, lung function tests, EKG, chest x-ray, and smoking counseling. |
