To evaluate the effects of dose and duration of oseltamivir treatment on the duration of viral shedding, the viral load, and the development of resistance in patients with influenza A/H1N1 (2009). The following regimens will be compared: standard dose (75 mg bid) 5 or 10 days treatment and double-dose (150 mg bid) 5 or 10 days |
| Qualified participants must: |

Be suffering from flu-like symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose and/ or fever |
| Participants will receive: |

Office visits, medication, safety labs and follow-up visits are covered at no cost to the participant and compensation is provided for time and travel. |
