The duration of the study is 5 years with 9 visits and 14 phone contacts. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of LibiGel, a 1% testosterone gel. The study population is women who are post-menopausal and are at risk for cardiovascular disease. |
| Qualified participants must: |

• Be a female 50 years of age or older
•
Be post-menopausal
•
Be at risk for cardiovascular disease

| Participants will receive: |
|
Physical, labs, free mammograms and pap smears every year, study medication free of cost, and compensation up to $1,100.oo for time and travel. |
