Study summary:
Hepatitis C positive ? The PAREXEL Early Phase Unit, located at Harbor Hospital in Baltimore is currently seeking Volunteers to participate in a clinical research trial to evaluate the antiviral activity, safety and tolerability of a study drug to treat Hepatitis C. It will also evaluate how the study drug is absorbed, changed and removed from the body. We are recruiting the following populations. • You are Hepatitis C positive • You are HIV and Hepatitis B negative • Ages 18 - 64 • Males • Females of Non child bearing potential • You have never received approved or experimental HCV therapy • Other restrictions may apply The study involves one screening visit, one in-house stay of 6 days and 5 nights and up to 6 follow-up visits. If you qualify and complete that study you may receive up to $2,300.00 for your time and travel. This study is not intended to treat your liver disease. Please reference study # 111062
