Study summary:
Would you know if your child was depressed? The behavior of depressed children may differ from adults, so it’s important to know the symptoms. You may notice: sadness, withdrawing from family and friends, extreme sensitivity to failure, poor concentration, changes in ability to sleep, increased irritability. If this sounds like your child, it may be depression. Summit Research Network is conducting a new research study of an investigational medication for depression in children. If your child is between the ages of 7-11 and qualifies for this study, all research related care, study medication and research related office visits with our team of study doctors and nurses and research staff are provided at no cost. Compensation may be provided for time and travel.
