| Qualified participants must: |

• Be a male 50 years of age or older or a female 55 years of age or older
•
Have a History of Cardiovascular problems such as: Stroke, heart attack and hospitalization with unstable Angina

| Participants will receive: |
|
Qualified participants will receive study medication, study related physical exams, laboratories, ekg’s, and echocardiograms (at no cost), and compensations for time and travel. |
