| Qualified participants must: |

• Be 18-70 years of age
•
Have a diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder

| Participants will receive: |

Study Medication, study related physical exams, lab work, ECG's, depression assessments by a psychiatrist during each visit (at no cost). |
