| Qualified participants must: |

• Have a history of cardiac problems such as a stroke or a heart attack
•
Be taking any 1 or 2 (max of 2) oral diabetic medications
|
| Participants will receive: |
|
Study-related care, lab exams, investigational medication, and pay between $450 - $550. |
