The purpose of this clinical study is to determine the appropriate dosage, metabolic
distribution/elimination, and safety of LMI1195 -101 in healthy adult subjects.

| Criteria: |

Inclusion Criteria:
- Healthy Males and non pregnant females ages 18 -40
Exclusion Criteria:
- Significant chronic or active medical illness
- Exposure to any other investigational drug or device within 6 months prior to
enrollment
- Smoking within 1 month
- Use of any drug, prescription or OTC within 4 weeks of dosing
- Any medical psychiatric or medical reason as determined by the investigator |
