Summary:
Heights Doctors Clinic is conducting a randomized, double blind, multi center, parallel group study to assess the efficacy and safety of a medication on COPD exacerbations over a 52 week treatment period in subjects with moderate to very severe COPD.
Qualified Participants Must:
Be between 40 to 80 years of age
Have been previously diagnosed with COPD
Be a current or former smoker
Be currently taking 2 or more inhaled therapies for the management of COPD for at least 6 weeks
Have a documented history of exacerbation
Have had a chest x-ray or CT within the last 6 months
Be willing and able to adjust current COPD therapy
Qualified Participants May Receive:
All study-related medications, testing provided at no cost, and a stipend is available to qualified participants.
