Summary:
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of generic estace cream to Estrace brand name or placebo in subjects with moderate to severe vaginal atrophy. The study drug is given as a cream that is inserted vaginally. This study is 6 weeks long and there will be 3 office visits.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be female
•
Be between 30 and 75 years of age
•
Have a moderate to severe vaginal dryness due to menopause
Qualified Participants May Receive:
All study related visits, tests, and study medication will be provided to the participant at no cost. Compensation for time and travel may also be provided.
