Summary:
Do you have high cholesterol and need help? Are you currently on medication for your cholesterol or on no medication? Do you have a history of stroke or heart attack or no history of either? Have your doctors told you your bad cholesterol (LDL) is high? We may be able to help.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years and older
•
Have a history of high cholesterol
•
Can either be on cholesterol meds or not
•
May have a history of stroke, heart attack, bypass surgery, or not
•
Looking for additonal help as your bad cholesterol (LDL) is too high
