Summary:

Longitudinal Cohort Study of Resource use and Cost of Mild Cognitive Impairment and Mild Dementia due to Alzheimer’s Disease in the United States (GERAS-US).


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be at least 55 years old and no older than 85 years
• Be able to bring a study partner who has frequent contact with the patient and is willing to accompany the patient at the study observations
• Be able to communicate in English and /or Spanish
• Be diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease

Participating in studies helps advance research, which may help the future treatment of this currently incurable disease.

This study does not involved medication, but cognitive test and interviews, so there is not physical risk.

The patient and study partner may qualify for reimbursement, from $40 up to $70 dollars collectively per visit.
