77 week study of an investigational injection medication vs placebo in patients with either Coronary Heart Disease, hx of stroke or peripheral vascular diseae who are on a statin medication and still have elevated cholesterol. There are 9 study visits
Criteria:-Coronary heart disease such as history of angioplasty/stent, history of bypass surgery or angiogram showing blockage of coronary artery or his of heart attack
OR History of stroke
OR History of peripheral vascular disease.
-Taking atorvastatin , rosuvastatin or simvastatin.
