Summary:

Study of Rapastinel as Adjunctive Therapy in Major Depressive Disorder.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 65 years of age
• Have a current episode of depression lasting at least 8 weeks but not more than 18 months
• Have no more than partial response (<50% improvement) to ongoing treatment
• Have not received a mood stabilizer within the past year or antipsychotic within the current episode
• Not have Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or Substance Abuse within the last 6 months


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Eligible participants will receive study related tests and procedures at no cost. 

Compensation for time and travel.
