Clinical Trial 39209

Bradenton, FL 34201

Summary:

Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common childhood developmental disorders and there is strong evidence that genes play a role in ADHD. We are writing to make you aware of a new research study being undertaken in children and adolescents with ADHD.

You will complete a short online questionnaire here (www.ascendadhdtrial.com) and if your child is eligible, you will be referred to the nearest clinic. At this visit, your child will need to provide a saliva sample. Depending on the results of the genetic testing your child may be invited to participate in a separate research study.

Your child may qualify to participate if:

·         They are between 6 and 17 years of age

·         They have been diagnosed with ADHD

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation may be available. For more information, contact Meridien Research at 941-756-8680.
