Purpose:

Hexvix is a photo-dynamic agent which fluoresces and is taken by tumor tissue in the bladder. When viewed under blue light cystoscopy, tumor areas appear red.


Criteria:

Inclusion Criteria: - Over 18 years of age - Evidence of more than one bladder tumor during office cystoscopy. Exclusion Criteria: - Invasive bladder cancer - Not more than one tumor if initial episode - Gross hematuria - Recent treatment with BCG or interferon
