This is how our clients view us, and why we have a reputation for excellent management of diverse and challenging studies. Owner, Jill Heinz has over 18 years of clinical research experience while our lead Principal Investigator, Richard Radnovich, D.O., has over 11 years of clinical research experience and has served as Principal Investigator on more than 35 studies. Working together in  partnership with our study sponsors to achieve their objectives is our goal. Our sponsors appreciate the professional, proactive relationship we build with them.

FCR has three Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC) with over 30 years of combined experience. All are members of the Association of Clinical Research Practitioners (ACRP) and two have been certified by ACRP and have current CCRC designations. Jill holds a Biology degree and Masters of Health Science, is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) through Academy of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), and is also a Certified Research Contract Professional (CRCP) through Model Agreements & Guidelines International (MAGI).

Research Site Description:

FCR has board-certified specialists in the fields of neurology, glaucoma, dermatology, pain management and general medicine. We are continually adding new specialists to
work with our qualified Principal Investigator who provides a mentorship and training role as new locations and Principal Investigators are added.

Patient Demographics:

Family Care Research is a dedicated research clinic located in the fastest growing city in the Northwest, Boise, Idaho.  While predominately middle-class caucasian, as we grow rapidly our population has diversified quite substantially.  We have access to 4 different independent medical practice databases, send out monthly newsletters to 2000+ patients in our research database and have a large social media presence and following.
