Study Summary:

An up to seven month Phase I study to evaluate the effects and safety of the study drug on hormonal functions of the ovary and ovulation.

The study drug has previously been studied in women with Endometriosis and Uterine Fibroids.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be premenopausal
• Be 18 to 40 years of age
• Have a Body Mass Index < 35
• Have a history of regular menstrual cycles
• Not currently be taking hormonal contraception
• Be willing to use barrier methods of contraception during study
• Be able to attend three times weekly clinic visits during study months 3, 4 and 5
• Meet other qualification criteria

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study related medical examinations and Laboratory analyses and study medication or placebo at no cost.

Participants are compensated $75.00 per each visit completed up to a total compensation of $3,975.
